Growing Pains

Pros

Berkshire offers a rather competitive compensation structure and encourages personal and professional growth amongst it's employees.

Cons

Berkshire is currently undergoing a plethora of internal changes. Many systems and programs are being altered, replaced, or outright dropped. Benefits have changed significantly. It can be difficult to keep up with if you are not used to a fast-paced environment. Your team will also significantly impact your day-in, day-out work life.

Pros

Only thing good about working with Berkshire was the commissions.

Cons

Had a really poor experience with Berkshire. Lacked proper training, very poor upper management, no room for growth. This company likes the play favorite and single others out. Policy only applied to certain people while others had much more free range. I’ve heard great things are certain regions, but did not have the same experience.
