Pros

They have 3 weeks paid vacation for employees who have been with the company less than 3 years, it goes up to 5 once you reach 5 years. They have a great 501k investment plan and training. The company is very organized and straight forward with their policies and culture.

Cons

They pay $75 per lease making them one of the lower paid commissions in our industry. The company is based on online training courses that are due on a monthly basis additionally to your work. The company claims they promote from within but in my two years this has not been the case. Per my opinion, the company has passed on very qualified individuals due to politics.

Pros

Very important to them to have Balance in family and work. They show appreciation for the employees in small and big ways.

Cons

Not really sure of any Cons, the only one I can think of is traveling so much for training but it can also be fun
