Pros

I have been with Berkshire for over a year now and right from the start I knew I had chosen the right company. I was new to the industry and had all the training and mentoring necessary to help me grow and take on more responsibilities. The upper management team cares about everyone and they plan events to show appreciation to the on-site teams. The Berkshire community in Houston (where I previously worked as a Leasing Consultant) has a very tight-knit group of properties, as well as in the Dallas area.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, but pay increase is always helpful.
