Pros

Depending on Location, you might have a great property with nice amenities and not too heavy of a workload. That also depends on how well-maintained and new the property is.

Cons

Bonuses are not proportionate to the number of renewals, or the amount we techs save money for the company. Plus on top of it is a heavy tax not sure why but this is the first company I work that taxed heavily on Bonuses. Nevertheless, quarterly bonus does not represent either resident satisfaction with techs working and keeping all amenities and common areas as well as apartments homes in the best working condition for their comfort and safety.

Great leaders that value and support team members at every level. The company maintains a perfect balance of developing the business and developing their teams.

Cons

I cannot think of any standout downside to this organization.
