I had the privilege to manage a Berkshire community in Los Angeles. I'm currently in the process of moving across country, but I've let them know that I'd jump at the opportunity to work at another of their properties once I'm settled. It's the first large, "family feeling" companies that I've worked for in years.

Cons

While it's great that PMs are offered unlimited time off (as long as the work gets done and the property is running smoothly), it would be nice to have a PTO pay out upon leaving.
