Pros

Berkshire is one of the BEST property management organizations I've worked for. A company that manages it's assets well, cares for their employees, pays well and has pretty good benefits. They promote work-life balance and they sincerely care for their employees.

Cons

Growth can be stagnant. That's the biggest con. Hopefully, more is on the horizon. Also, some of their practices can be dated but they are slowly rolling out new initiatives to help the on site teams.

Pros

Job security, good benefits. Nice properties, good relations

Cons

overtime is limited, and on-call rotation sucks especially when only one tech, is overworked and under-appreciated, not great bonuses.
