They promised a lot of things at take over and have not followed through. Told about competitive wages and annual increases. In two years we have not seen a competitive wage increase, not more then 3%. No Christmas bonuses. They don't supply power tools. We're told about birthday celebrations and monthly team meals. We rarely get a glimpse of these things. Holiday parties don't even get planned at accordingly. No room to grow from maintenance supervisor. They don't have a regional or a clear career path for maintenance
