      Pros

      Extremely flexible work environment, you are given a lot of autonomy. Principals are approachable, and down to earth. The company has grown significantly over the years, and their is numerous opportunities.

      Cons

      With immense growth, the work load has increased significantly for the seasoned seniors and managers. Tax season hours are naturally very long, and can be grueling, which makes the work life balance very challenging.
