Management On top of you all the time. Customers can annoy you some times.Hard to move up especially since they fired most of the managers, also employees have been there for 5-10 years .

Cons

Pay , No Commission , Managers are clueless . Theirs literally a company restructure twice a year which changes positions and pay . Expect positions being merged for the same pay .
