Most of the people that work there are truly good, genuine, people.
Cons
The corporate politics and bureaucracy can feel a bit childish/high school at times. It’s takes years to gain leadership’s trust and even then you might not be rewarded for your accomplishments. Instead promotions and acknowledgements will be given to whoever fits the needs of leadership’s political gains at the time.
