Pros

Minimal pressure to sell, just follow the scripts and let people decide. This really depends on the store manager though.

Cons

Scheduling can be difficult to work around if you have other time commitments like school. Make sure your supervisor can adjust according to your known schedule (such as weekends only).

Pros

Best Buy is a great place to work, management really cares about their employees. There is even a group at the store dedicated to improve moral and provide a fun work environment.

Cons

It is still retail, it is just not a career for everyone. Overall it is a good place to work though.
