Pros

Enjoyable work environment, as long as you're no stranger to customer service. Fellow employees are fun to work with. Good sense of accomplishment after your shift is over.

Cons

Due to the many different people that may work on a particular service order, stories can get mixed up and occasionally work isn't fully completed.
