Pros

amazing employee discount, some co workers are ok, cross training for different departments available could lead to better sales jobs once you leave.

Cons

Horrible managment at my particular store. Treated employees as if they were 3 years old, constantly worried about making metrics. So much so that they would intrude on the sale and scare customers from buying anything. Also there isn't a organized training program so employees are kind of left to fend for themselves. Pay raises are a joke as well.

Pros

Just got hired, feels like I have been working there a long time. The managers and associates are very spirited.

Cons

Not enough hours, I just got hired and there were about 40 other people that were hired with me. Also, the pay isn't the greatest.

Pros

The employee discount is great and they are really good about working with your schedule. I went to school at the same time and never had a problem.

Cons

I never liked wearing the uniform that is required of all employees. Other than that, I don't have many complaints.
