retail experience learn how a bigger company works from the lower level perspective

not much room to move up within the company. You always seem to be expected to work at least 2 hours past your shift for warehouse/merchandise department because they never know when the trucks are coming in. Managers never seemed to do much ex

There is room for advancement in a big store and pretty good pay when you move up. They also have good benefits.

Cons

There is a lack of communication and hardly any recognition. The only way you will advance is if you have the right managers on your side.
