Pros

Benefits, Stability, Positive Brand, Broad range of opportunities. Each employee has the opportunity to contribute to the overall achievements of the company by sharing (and being rewarded for...) their unique innovative ideas. Leadership is focused on helping employees find work and tasks in their roles that they enjoy and do well. The developmental focus in leveraging your strengths not working on your weaknesses.

Cons

This is a very interesting concept: As a leader, you must be able to descern how and when you work. Work life balance can suffer not due to the pressures of the job; but due to the passion that employees find in their jobs. This is very evident at the Exempt level. Leaders are encourged to make on-purpose time for family and personal life,.

Pros

Benefits for an hourly employee are great. Tuition reimbursement, health insurance, 401k. This is only if you are a full time employee. Get to work with awesome new technology. Fast paced. You will get to know how to sell and how to make sales relationships. Great and fun people to work with often times.

Cons

Senior management are very short sided and change messaging constantly. Never a consistant message so it is not always clear to what you are supposed to do to be promoted or to be considered as doing well. One day it could be service plans, the next it could be credit cards. The next it could be missing signs but there is no formula for what good looks like and it is very frustrating.

Pros

You get paid to be a geek all day. You get to play with and learn about electronics. Your will get along with your coworkers because they all have the same interests as you.

Cons

The pay is terrible. So are the requirements for you to be available. Good luck finding a 2nd job. You are expected to push expensive HDMI cables even though the cheap ones are just as good
