Pros

A good GM (General Manager) makes all the difference. As a full timer, I was allowed to take time off for school and covered with health insurance while not working. I paid for it when I returned, but it was done fairly so I never lost coverage.

Cons

Customers can be very impatient. You have to be able to tolerate all kinds of people.
