Pros

They are flexible with the work schedules. The co-workers are awesome.

Cons

The pay isn't competitive. To many managers for the stores and some stores have 2 of the same managers.

Pros

It's a great job to have when you're in college. I worked in the media department and enjoyed getting to sell brand new cd's and dvd's.

Cons

The management is always changing. I worked at a few different Best Buy locations and we always had new managers coming in and out. Also, closing the store can be pretty frustrating, especially if you need to head back home to study or something. Managers can keep employees in the store as late as they want-sometimes I would wait an hour or so before the closing manager would come by to check how clean my department was.
