Pros

Fair work environment. Other sales associates generally accepting towards others. Being able to experience and share knowledge with others relating to the latest technology and trends. Excellent employee discount.

Cons

Low paying. Benefits are slim to none for part-time employees (excluding discount). Management tends to care more about their bonuses thanks to your sales, than you as an employee (though there are some exceptions). Quarterly bonuses, while possible, tend to never come around.
