      Best Buy is a great company. Working at Best Buy is fun and fast paced, always learning something new. Managers and other employees are helpful and chill. One of the first things I noticed when I started working was the break room, it has a huge flat panel tv and several gaming consoles which is really nice. Short 15 minute break is paid, good for a snack or just to rest a bit. Every once in a while the store management buys pizzas or subs and other food. One day I came in and found our break room fridge to be full of red bulls. Employee discount enables you to stock up with the latest tech at home fairly easy. Great vendor accommodations let you purchase electronics with great discounts. If you do a good job, management comes and thanks you shaking your hand and recognizes effort and results. A job to be proud of.

      Cons

      I only had a few customers being jerks, but managers back you up and solve the issues. Other than that, everything else is good.
