Pros
Really fun work environment, a lot of young people which was great for me. I started off as seasonal and got a TON of hours (working 40+hrs a wk and days on end). Pay was alright and based semi on experience (8.50 was the highest for seasonal). AWESOME discounts!
Cons
As seasonal, they work you a ton but then when I got hired on as part time, I got cut down to less than fifteen hours a wk. A lot of it was b/c our mobile mgr left and they switched someone in who was an ops sup for years and knew nothing about mobile which was a nightmare. Managers def play faves and there's a lot of negativity within upper level mgmt. They also expect you to fill in for other depts sometimes when you're not even trained there which is rough.
