Pros

They really do care about the customer...there are a few that care about the employees. Its just that it is very rare.

Cons

you feel unappreciated by the people higher up. Its like you work your butt off to become more but it doesnt matter to them if you remain a PT media specialist.

Pros

Average to Good Benefits, great employee purchase program and average to good 401k and health benefits. Fun and exciting most of the time, free to learn as much as you can about products and services. Finding new and innovative technology and ideas!

Cons

Pay is average, but there is room to grow. Pay structure is good, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Don't expect time off on the holidays.
