Pros

This does not apply to every stores but the place I used to work at had great employees with talents and enthusiasm.

Cons

The pay did not match the amount of work load I had every day. Do expect to work for less.

Pros

Best buy is a good retailer to work for compare to other electronic retailer. The health benefit is pretty good. My management team is pretty good at handling customer situation.

Cons

My store has 6 geek squad cia but 3 of them doesn't know what they are doing and would make tons of mistakes and cost our store some pretty penny. Some are just plain lazy and doesn't work despite several warnings and written up.
