Pros

Best buy offers a great package( if you are a full timer), if not there is a good discount.

Cons

Becoming full time at Best Buy is challenging to say the least. Hours given are also based on "store" performance. So if your department is doing great, and another department is in the red, say good bye to your hours.

Pros

Great benefits and fun environment. Constantly changing to stay ahead of the rest makes work a challenge everyday. Never boring! Job environment depends a lot on the individual store management. Most of the managers are great and willing to work with you when you need things like time off for family issues or health reasons.

Cons

Sometimes long and strange shifts but that is retail. Management teams not always on track and tend to micro-manage too much. Need better training programs. Too many early morning meetings that are not productive.

Sometime having to work overtime and dealing with customer disputes, other than that I am very satisified with working here.
