Pros

You get great discounts on items. Being full time gives you the opportunity to get a lot of hours. Best Buy does great things for the community, and Best Buy offers a bonus at the end of each quarter which is every three months now.

Cons

They consistently hire people but they cut the hours of the people that they already have working there. If you dont make budget for your quarter for which you can get bonuses you don't get it.
