      Pros

      The discounts are nice, leadership is different depending on the person but most of the managers are young and still have attitudes that they take out on employee's alot of the time.

      Cons

      They don't let you advance. When first getting hired with Best Buy I applied for computers or Geek Squad, I didn't get hired for either one though I finally did get into computers but they will not let me into Geek Squad even though I'm doing the work of an agent already. Basically I'm doing double the work for the same horrible pay that allows me to live paycheck to paycheck

      Pros

      Recognition is great at Best Buy but it sometimes seems to be an excuse to pay employees lower but give recognition. If you want to change something normally there are people who will listen to you and try to change things within reason.

      Cons

      There is very little training and it takes a long time to learn what is expected of you other than making budget or learning by mistakes. Some of the supervisors and managers seem to try and find reasons to fire people that they don't get along with and let them know they are replaceable.

      Pros

      Great Job for anyone looking to know about an aggressive and constant follow up business.

      Cons

      Sucks too much of your life but you will learn a lot about managing a business since you have access to a lot of score cards and metrics that update DAILY and you will be called out if your performance is not in par with your other peers... Also great tools to talk and share best practices to ensure we all win as a team.
