Pros

Besides that employee purchases are 5% over cost!! Best Buy is a place with huge potential for anyone that is looking to see what is possible at a large company. They are always hiring and have some of the brightest and hardest working people I have ever been around.

Cons

They work you hard and their expectations are very high. Everyone has a laptop and you are expected to work from home because of it. You have to be very smart about the way you manage your time or you will have issues with work/life balance.

Pros

The employee discount keeps most of us around, they are helpful when you have a family event or emergency. Some of the managers are down to earth and treat you as a equal, Find a good store to work for they are differant go and visit them and ask the employees how they like it if they seem happy most likely you will be too. Its not the worst place to work but they could take steps to make things alot better

Cons

No hours, under trained, no praise, overall management is horrible. All they focus on is numbers forget about the client they just want us to get there money
