Pros

I really enjoy working with my team they are the best. You can build great relashionships with your team. I also enjoy that I am able to make my own desicions to help out my department.

Cons

Sometimes all of managment are not on the same page. One says one thing and some say another and then they all start fighting. I also believe that the way the promote people is not fair. They pick whoever they like on a personal level and never give any of the line level employees a chance to show what they can do. Its also very sexes males rule at Best buy so being a female in this company trying to suceed may be very hard.

Zero accountability amoung management, "pass the buck" philosophy, favoritism and lack of proper recognition.
