Pros

The people are awesome, the discount is great, and the hours are flexible. Managers foster a fun and productive work environment. As a high school and college student, managers understood my sometimes complex scheduling needs and were able to accommodate.

Cons

Downtime can be either very slow and boring or filled with tedious busy work. Although you don't receive commission, there is alot of pressure from management to sell. Managers sometimes "interrogate" you about interactions which can be annoying.

Pros

Great Discount on Products. Decent Pay if it is a second job, or you're young. Lively Atmosphere and a great way to meet people.

Cons

Hours can be rough (especially on "truck" nights) Management decides to overrule LP (this makes our function worthless) Mandatory staff meetings if you're not scheduled to work that day/time
