Pros

Great employee discounts , however the pay scale is poor and management tend to treat staff like servants which are generally ignored BUT constantly harassed to perform in a superhuman manner when staff is being cut back to unreasonable levels. Of course the management blames inaction for poor results. Perhaps they should dispose of the computerized scheduling system which only allows maximum staffing at projected high traffic periods.

Cons

Management doesn't like to listen to staff recommendations or request for help.

Pros

Discount on merchandise, cost plus 10%, however cost is really not cost. Going over the daily Budget - allowing there sales people in on the macro view of the organization. Blue shirts - jking

Cons

Ideology and corporate culture they impose on there staff. Selling overpriced products to ignorant consumers such as Monster Cable - 100% Contribution margin on there products. Selling the Product Service Plan (AKA "Juice" as in "did you get juice on the sale"), Best Buys extended warranty, and trying to meet the goasl of selling the PSP and Monster cables. Poor pay for a department that brings in a majority of the overall sales. Baby Blue Shirts
