Pros

the discount the discount the discount, the job is fairly cut and dry but once you get a peek into what the employee discount is you see the profit that the company brings in...the discount depends on the product..may be a few % or u may get 90% discount

Cons

you must wait three months for your benefits to start long hours during the holiday season dealing with the sometimes crazy customers

Pros

The people are awesome, the discount is great, and the hours are flexible. Managers foster a fun and productive work environment. As a high school and college student, managers understood my sometimes complex scheduling needs and were able to accommodate.

Cons

Downtime can be either very slow and boring or filled with tedious busy work. Although you don't receive commission, there is alot of pressure from management to sell. Managers sometimes "interrogate" you about interactions which can be annoying.
