Good people and pay, but recent layoffs concern me

Pros

It started as good people and good pay but there have been several layoffs over the past two years. Now they are being bought by Barclays so it is hard to know what to expect. They are good at unsecured loan originations.

Cons

Failed at a couple products which caused the layoffs.

With the work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, good benefits, and remote first model Best Egg is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Senior management has changed multiple times over a couple of years and with unrealistic goals and poor decision making have lost the confidence of investors.
