Business Outlook
Pros
Beautiful location, surrounding area and local clients have so much potential. Hours are very reasonable (never really expected to work late or outside of your shift time, which can be rare in the vet field), doctors and tech care a lot about the pets and clients. Pretty Good pay for the field.
Cons
Owner is stuck in his ways and appears to be distrusting of any managers that come in. It seems like he is hesitant to try anything new. We had one really good manager for a shorter time and sadly she had to relocate or something. Some of the long time techs are toxic and make the environment less than ideal.
