      Not a place for regional drivers

      Pros

      Decent benefits and equipment. Office staff is typically nice and easy to deal with.

      Cons

      "Regional driver" is a laughable title for what we do typically. It's a struggle to get 2,000 mile per week as a regional driver. I find it ridiculous when I spend 3-4 nights per week in the truck less than 5 hours from the house. Accessorial pay is also laughable for detention and break down pay. Currently looking for work elsewhere.

      Pros

      Good starter job for anyone looking to get a first "real" job after graduation. Great for learning basics and taking the first big step into the real world.

      Cons

      Needs more communication on when and why things happen. Management would make changes, or stop something and not communicate what was happening.
