I've served in three different capacities with BVM over the past year - initially as a Recruiter, then as an Account Executive and now as a Publisher. Every step along the way, it has been a great and rewarding experience. I love being on the BVM team, and this extends from my immediate team to my regional team, to my national team, all the way up to our international team. The training I've received is top notch, and the continued opportunity for growth challenges and inspires me on a daily basis. BVM provides some of the best leadership of any company I've ever worked for, and the compensation plan is second to none. Through training, coaching, compensation, and incentives, BVM has created a work environment that has catapulted my career and blessed my life and my family.

Cons

I'm struggling with the word "cons". Like any other job, there are challenges, but the only real challenge I face on a daily basis is myself - staying focused and consistently working the metrics of the job. BVM provides everything needed to be successful, but it takes work, dedication and persistence.

As you are a contract employee you have total freedom for planning your schedule. Enjoyable co-workers.

Cons

Sold media all my life. But for me, took almost a year to get one magazine off the ground. Would not recommend.

Listen I've worked at cutco....N2 and best version... Fact is the product renewal is aweful ;once captive long-term contracts are over.Thats nobody's fault..just not a good model for the customer.Top neighborhoods with wealth don't look at magazines for their clients;it's silly actually to think a millionaire and his wife are gonna make decisions from a neighborhood magazine..Really think about it
