BVM is an Excellent Company

Pros

The Senior Management team is fantastic...very smart, talented, and always willing to help their employees to be the best they can be. BVM's management team really empowers the employees, and is great at helping to motivate every publisher to produce a beautiful and profitable magazine, month in and month out.

Cons

I'd say the only negative is that BVM doesn't offer temporary compensation as you start out getting your magazine to print. However, that's just part of the program, and it forces you to truly commit to ramping up and getting to print. BVM is a great place for anyone with an entrepreneurial personality!

Flexibility, Earning Potential, People I Work With BVM is a phenomenal company built around phenomenal people. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Cons

It can take a while to get things going but it is so worth it in the end. The only cons are what you make them.

EVERYTHING. This company is a hidden treasure. I have been in sales all my life and worked many sales jobs including almost twelve years in corporate America. I did not realize there was an opportunity this wonderul out there. BVM is truly A Hidden Treasure. The product is incredible and simple to communicate to clients (they love it) the financial opportunity is the best there is. I work make in exceess of six figures is less than my first year and am on track to go much further. As great as the product is and as great as the finanicial opportunity is there is something even better...The Culture. The culture and people are the best thing about BVM. I love this company and am honored to be a part of it. My CEO Dave Durand is ranked one of the top CEOS in the country and truly loves and carres about the people that he leads. My boss is Kevin Orton and he is GOLD. KO really is a leader and a friend. There really is a such thing in life as working at a great place and being happy and that place is Best Version Media.

I wish I found it sooner.
