I cannot think of a con, truly. It is a role and a responsibility you find yourself embracing to a point that I often have to remind myself that it's a job and pull myself away from my office. It's like building a sand castle. You can see and feel your success and you want to keep building, all the time knowing it's yours to mold and to grow.
