Controlling your daily and weekly schedule and having the ability to drastically improve your income while truly connecting with my community of residents and businesses in way I would have never had that opportunity to do so. Hands down there is no better way to reach a targeted market near your business than a Best Version Media luxury magazines, especially with their digital marketing attached to the print publication! These high-end magazine only reaches affluent communities. Highly recommend attaching both print/digital to your sponsorship bundle; maximize your sponsorship and investment dollars with this incredible micro-targeting approach. BVM pricing includes ad changes, even monthly, with no surcharges and they rate-lock so you don't get a rate increase when your campaign renews! Finally, the readers are the writers so engagement/readership rates are near 90% from the residents.

Cons

Hitting the baseline takes patience, grit, and dedication to the methods taught during training and consistency attending the weekly calls, etc. Maps don't necessary have the local nuance understanding when assigned.

- Lenient scheduling - Working for yourself - Great back office and manager support - Great marketing framework and product - Very motivating and recognition for achievements

Cons

If you do not make sales, you do not get paid. It is 100% commission. If you are a go getter, this is the job for you. If you are not good at consistency this is the job for you. The main problem I ran into is when a client did not pay, I would be screwed financially. However, you can work part time and I have another job to help.
