      Pros

      Very flexible and generous "need a day, take a day" vacation policy and my vacations were never denied.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but it was my first job.

      Pros

      Great income Great training Great opportunity for high income and upward mobility Great people, too Management that is open to comment, criticism and willing to act

      Cons

      Not many that I can think of. They do need more women in upper management, but I think that will happen as there are several great women moving up through the ranks. This is a relatively young company, and they are getting there.

      Ability to help local businesses and give back to the community

      Cons

      No base pay, you give away a HUGE chunk of your initial sales to cover baseline costs for print, distribution, design etc. This is where they make the most amount of money.
