Pros

The people, the leaders and fellow publishers; always there to help and guide you in the right direction. Meeting the great minds of business owners and being able to work closely and make a positive impact of your local residents.

Cons

I wouldn't say they're any Cons for the company. The only con would be if you weren't able to keep your head right; stay focused, believe in the culture, don't be afraid to ask for help, and don't get bogged down or lose sight. Tomorrow is always a fresh start.

The program is established and proven. The best thing about the BVM model is that there is a proven road map. Our Publishers have the opportunity to follow a plan that insures success! The Culture at BVM makes the DIFFERENCE!

Personally, professionally, and privately have grown more in the 18 months than I had in the past 5 years. The company is the perfect balance of professional expectations coupled with compassion, training and support. The management team is truly there as a mentor, a respectable business colleague, and a friend. This company understands that things roll downhill from the top, whether it's good or bad, the leadership will resonate through the whole company. They choose to do things right. Their honest, consistent, and diligent approach provides a great foundation to stand on and creates a true catalyst for the teams conviction in what we are doing all across North America. Success is contagious in this company. I am being mentored by some of the finest, seasoned professionals that I feel honored to say that I work with.
