Pros

Unlimited PTO, Remote/Hybrid Options, Good Benefits

Cons

Poor culture internally, a lot of divide between internal teams, poor mid-level management, weekly changes to role expectations make it difficult to see long-term vision and success within my department.

We're sorry your experience working with us has fallen short of expectations. We’re glad to hear you’ve appreciated the flexibility and benefits we offer. We also understand your concerns about communication and collaboration, and we’re continually working to strengthen our connections both internally and with our field representatives.

Pros

None. They will promise the world, and deliver nothing. Don’t waste your time applying here.

Cons

The most toxic culture I’ve ever experienced in my 35 years in the workforce. If you’re considering a career here, stop, and look elsewhere.

We proudly offer an award-winning culture recognized annually by organizations across the U.S. While we're disappointed to hear this feedback, we've built an incredible team, and our success is demonstrated by the consistent growth we've achieved through the years.

Pros

My team and my direct boss are amazing. Some great people work here. Working from home is awesome.

Cons

All about the numbers and appearance of a successful company. They don't care if salespeople aren't ready and prepared to launch the magazines, they don't care if they're not making money, they just want the numbers to look good. Publishers are jumping ship like crazy. Wages are awful, not market value. Health insurance is bad. Employee turnover is getting worse (no surprise based on the wages). Salespeople are allowed to be rude and throw tantrums to get their way, no back-up from higher-ups.

BVM has abundant growth opportunities, and many leaders are promoted from within the business. Additionally, we're always looking to build strong relationships between our employees and the sales field. We'll consider this feedback to determine what improvements can be made to the employee experience.
