      This company proxides one of the greatest opportunities I have ever seen in 25 years. You have to be on the inside to understand the depth of this company. Amazing leadership and an astonishing company culture. Often imitated...but never ever duplicated! Glad I am here building my character.

      Pros

      Personal and professional growth Dynamic group of colleagues Financially rewarding and family friendly Long term vision Professional training and support The best culture imaginable BVM is lead by a group of professionals that are extremely in tune with the daily life, struggles and successes of each of their employees. Though we are scattered all over the US and Canada, we maintain a closeness with one another and are always available for advice, tips and professional networking. Our founders have unlocked the illusive door of having employees geographically spread but professionally centered and grounded. We are truly a family of entrepreneurs.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a con, truly. It is a role and a responsibility you find yourself embracing to a point that I often have to remind myself that it's a job and pull myself away from my office. It's like building a sand castle. You can see and feel your success and you want to keep building, all the time knowing it's yours to mold and to grow.

      Misleading independence with outdated products and predatory practices

      Pros

      Independent...kinda. You're not really as independent as they say. They harass you if you don't go at a certain pace.

      Cons

      Let's be honest: You're SCAMMING local business owners. No intelligent or experienced business owner will use these products. They're outdated with predatory contracts. Some of the publishers even told me how they lie by omission to reel them in.
