Unlimited accumulation of sick days. Good pay (too good) .

Employees come and go Like a revolving door. My boss called me scrappy ( how unprofessional). Even though I was hired as the manager, told on first day that the employees that reported to me run the department and to stay out of their way. I was told not to IM them or talk to them without permission. Even though everyone else had Flex Time I was told when I had to work and was usually 10-12 hour days. Director very sexist and lied to me from day one. He had no knowledge of anything system oriented and bragged about that fact as well as how he would be retiring there. The company wastes company funds and their AR is run like the 1990’s. Worse thing is I was there. Two weeks and let go as they rehired the old AR person for the 4th time. When I interviewed I was told it was non profit but after hired I told “not really”.
