Pros

There was really no pros to this job.

Cons

Unethical, unfair, mismanaged, hierarchy issues, family business, 98.5% white predominated area, dramatic, and the Managers sons regularly hooks up with staff even though he has a girlfriend and it just gets put under the rug. He also spends most of his shifts working 9-5 at the family pub in the "CADE'S CORNER". People here treat you like dirt, ESPECIALLY if your a minority.
