Pros

There are none under present management

Cons

No vision as to what needs to be done. Manager surrounds himself with friends/family and narcissistic nere do wells who fail to grasp the fundamentals of how to run a hotel. Not a place to inspire or nurture talent... they won't let you.

Pros

Free room to use every year you worked there. Very causal part time job, I wasn't expected to do much besides minor fixes around the hotel

Cons

Disorganized management. I didn't get my pay raise when promises. Then had to pry for it. Hard to get days off.
