Pros

Work from home, easy hours, kids are very friendly and respectful, good if you like not being paid to prepare notes and lessons, good for fast people who only have a photographic memory.

Cons

Training not thorough, bad leadership, expected to take notes memorize and partial lesson plan off the clock without being paid. Expected to jump subjects on the drop off a hat without having the student fully understand what they are learning, just so you can meet your quota of helping each student within the hour. I feel it is a disservice to the students to be so rushed and a slap in the face to actual educators when the company wants to take advantage of you by suggesting you prepare on your free time without any pay.

The center was such a positive environment. The kids were always a joy to be around and all the teacher's were really kind and supportive.
