Pros

Fun atmosphere to work in If you exceed goals as a team, you get a bonus at the end of the month Flexible hours to meet your needs Always learning and gaining knowledge about the newest products to come out.

Cons

You bonus as a team only: no personal reward for doing very well. If you have stragglers in the flock, this could mean no bonus for a very long time. Instead, you will get a pat on the back and an "atta boy". Sometimes, you won't even get that, being grouped in with the "baddies". You have many managers: which means you will be told many different ways on how to do things. Some of them are wrong. It's still retail. Hours can be hard to come by if the team isn't doing very well. Around holidays, you will get bombarded with hours. That is to be expected. Very limited full-time positions. Depending on the store, they may consider time-in-position over sales performance. Very political atmosphere as well.
