      Pros

      Pay/bonus/benefits are not bad. Culture in Canada had been very good until last 2 couple years.

      Cons

      Culture significantly deteriorated... Good jobs moved to US.. Leadership has no respect to advancement of employees at other regions and they claim to be a global company!

      Flexible hours Great staff Good sales experience Staff discount is good, aswell as the phone plan discount.

      Cons

      No commission, yet still have pressure on having to sell extended warranty's and meet a certain quota. Lots of problem solving For how busy it gets in bestbuy at my location it wasnt worth the slightly above minimum wage
