Great health and retirement benefits.

Cons

Paid the bare minimum. Did not reward doing more than the minimum. Outsourced jobs as soon as they could. There was a cloak and dagger culture when changes were on the horizon- not informing teams of decisions and actively denying that decisions had already been made which had direct impacts on those employees.
