Pros
Employee stock ownership program, hybrid work schedule, not strict on hours worked. Treats everyone like adults and doesn't make you punch in and out. Good place to work.
Cons
Employee stock ownership program is nice but you need to work here for a very long time to reap the rewards. Takes seven years to be fully vested and in that time it only gained about 2k a year... 401k match is disappointing as well.
