Esop, Benefits, Good salary, Great co-workers, Lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

There are only 7 paid holidays. However you do get 2 personal days and 2 floating holidays.

ESOP is great, but requires 6 years to be fully vested. Employees are polite, workload is manageable

Cons

Decisions are made by relics, promote a hybrid schedule but work from home is looked down upon. Not very flexible
